HELLO!

I am a yoga teacher based in West Sussex and I offer weekly hatha yoga classes, wellness workshops as well as private Holistic Wellness Coaching and Yoga retreats. Some weekly classes are staying online which means you can still book and join from anywhere. I am also teaching classes in person at my centre The Yoga & Wellness Rooms.  You can book adhoc spaces below.  Please email me to book in person terms as these spaces are limited.

GUT HEALTH FOR WELLBEING BOOK HERE

From autoimmune disorders to hormone function, to digestion to sleep and mental health – our gut health has an effect on everything about us. It is literally the root cause of our wellness or our imbalance. During this afternoon, we will be exploring the different ways in which we can improve our gut health with every day decisions. THE YOGA & WELLNESS ROOMS

In 2018 I opened The Yoga & Wellness Rooms which has been a dream of mine for a long time. Sadly our beautiful premises at The Old Town Hall on Shoreham High St have beeen shut for most of the last year due to Covid restricitons, but as soon as we are safely able to reopen the doors, myself and our wonderful teachers and practitioners will be back offering regular classes and holistic therapies to support your wellbeing.

I have been attending Lynne's yoga classes for 4 years. I started with pregnancy yoga - I've always been active but had never done yoga before.  It was lovely and relaxing and I'm convinced was a huge factor in what an easy pregnancy I had. I then joined Mum and Baby yoga - it was lovely as a new Mum to be in a supportive environment with other Mums where I could breastfeed if I needed or just hand my baby over to Lynne for an hour! I'm sure it helped my confidence with feeding in public.  Since then I've joined a weekly class and in lockdown it's kept me sane. I haven't said much about how I love the physical benefits as I feel that goes without saying. I've done other yoga classes but none compare - Lynne has a lovely nurturing nature and even via Zoom has a way of making sure you are comfortable and happy in your practice.
