If you're health-conscious, gut-health is very likely to be on your radar already. From autoimmune disorders to hormone function, to digestion, sleep and mental health - our gut health has an effect on everything about us. It is literally the root to our wellness or the root to our imbalance. Join me in May when we will delve into ways of improving our wellbeing by getting to the very essence of our health. Nutrition, movement, rest, relaxation all contribute to the health of our gut. It's not only what we digest, but also HOW we digest. I hope you can join me!
