Deep stretching yoga followed by a dreamy yoga nidra

Description

This class starts with a gentle yoga practise to warm our bodies and connect our minds deeply to how we are at that point. We will then make our way into some slow and steady stretching postures with the help of props such as belts, blocks and cushions. By this point we will all be really comfy and ready to lie down and delve into a deep, deep relaxation. A deep sleep is very likely after this session!
