Description

Post-natal yoga with your baby by side. Discussion, sharing tips and support, breathing practises, physical postures to aid healing and to help you re-strengthen with great care and awareness of the changes your body has been through. This class is suitable from 6-8 weeks post-natally, or longer if there were any birth or healing complications. Please get in touch before attending your first class.
