Post-natal yoga with your baby by side. Discussion, sharing tips and support, breathing practises, physical postures to aid healing and to help you restrengthen with great care and awareness of the changes your body has been through.This class is suitable from 6-8 weeks post-natally, or longer if there were any birth or healing complications. Please get in touch before attending your first class.
