A complete hatha yoga practise including asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. My classes focus on gradually building strength, flexibility and stabilty without strain. My yoga teaching and experience has strong influences in Sivananda, Iyengar and Scaravelli yoga. Please get in touch before your first class with specific injuries or conditions.
