My pregnancy yoga classes are specifically designed to increase and maintain comfort during this amazing time in your life. Stretching, strengthening, breathing, meditation and relaxation all help you to connect and feel calm during your pregnancy, and offer the opportunity to practise some breathing and relaxation techniques for birth.
